16,000+ CALORIES

I am super proud of myself...in the last month I have burned over 16,000 calories! After Andi was born, I never REALLY tried to get rid of the 'baby weight'. Oh, I have always worked out 2-3 days a week, but that is what they recommend just to stay healthy...which I was...but, the jiggly tummy from having two babies back-to-back still remained. No one understands why I am so obsessed about it. They say 'you look great in your clothes', but I say 'What if I want to look great when my clothes are missing?' So, for whatever reason, four weeks ago today I decided it was time to REALLY see if it is even possible to eliminate the jigglies. This morning was the 28th day in a row that I have worked out: I jog 3 miles on the treadmill, lift weights & do situps. Results after month one: lost 1.75 inches in the 'jiggly' area! Whoo hoo! I honestly don't care how much I weigh, what size clothes I wear, or even how many inches I loose. My goal is definitely not to be skinny, but to be tone. All I want is for me to be in the best shape I can be in. We will see what next months results bring...
