Dawson had a GREAT spring season of baseball on THE OWLS. And since he had no more broken bones, he even got to play the whole season! One evening, we had a really fun game: The Owls vs The Moms. One of the Mom's even picked up Hooter's shirts for all of us to wear as our 'uniforms.' I have heard rumors that the manager of the Hooter's restaurant even framed this picture up somewhere...I have not been by to see it though.

Derek got some great pics for me, he tried really hard to take pics where he got both of us in the shot. The first pic is me playing first base & Dawson is leading off on second. The second pic I am batting while Dawson plays pitcher. One of the other little boys kept telling his Mom the last few days before the game 'Mom, I know all the Mom's are practicing while we are at school, or at night after we go to bed.' Too funny.
Andi even came out to help in the outfield before she had to go to soccer practice.
End of the game hi-fives. The boys 'won'. Seems like the score was 21-19. Coach Kerry then had a cooler full of waterballoons for the kids to ambush us Mom's with. It was such a fun evening!
