The kids had their first day of school, Mother's Day Out at our church, this last Thursday. I was so ready for the school year to begin. Trying to be a stay at home mom & somehow work 20+ hours a week is next to impossible during the summer break. Plus, I think the kids were ready to see & do new things other than just hang with Mom all day. These pics are of the kids before we left the house...Dawson was having one of THOSE mornings. (You have to open your eyes really wide when you say the word 'THOSE' in that last sentence.
When we got to school, Dawson was MUCH, MUCH better once he was with his best buddy Jonathan. I am sooooo glad they ended up in the same class!
Here is Andi in her class...she refused to look at me. It was like she was already embarrassed by me! Too funny!
